# French VAT Applicability

Hi,

I will write the continuation in French because it concerns only the French users (I think but I’m not sure that it’ s only in France!)  
J’ai un petit soucis sur l’applicabilité de la TVA dans les factures ventes dans les cas suivants :

- Tiers de facture français, adresse de livraison hors zone intracommunautaire, la TVA ne s’applique pas
- Tiers de facture français, adresse de livraison zone UE, la TVA ne s’applique pas si le tiers livré a un numéro de TVA intracom différent de France sinon elle s’applique  
Savez vous quel paramétrage il faut effectuer dans TRYTON pour arriver à ce résultat

You need to use `account_tax_rule_country` to define rules based on the country of the shipment address.  
And you need to set the correct tax rule on the party depending of the kind of VAT number he has.
