in version 6.0, how is the choice of the button receiving the default focus determined in a form?
The cursor attribute works only on fields but I guess it could be possible to improve clients to also support button names.
Understood, and therefore failing that, is it chance that determines the focus of the buttons?
If there is no cursor attribute, it is the first focusable widget that get the focus.
