# Currency symbol not being displayed next to field in sao 6.8

Hello,  
Im having an issue with the monetary fields after upgrading my tryton version to 6.8,  
the currency symbols are not being displayed next to its field:

I’ve seen a post talking about it and a closed issue but I tried reinstalling sao (tried with sao-6.8.0 and sao-latest) applying the changes of  
[Char with suffixed symbol are not left align (#12821) · Issues · Tryton / Tryton · GitLab](https://foss.heptapod.net/tryton/tryton/-/issues/12821), but it doesn’t solve the problem, am I missing something?  
or is this issue only solved to higher versions?

It has been fixed by [Char with suffixed symbol are not left align (#12821) · Issues · Tryton / Tryton · GitLab](https://bugs.tryton.org/12821) but it may require other fixes.  
Any way 6.8 is no more supported so you should upgrade.
