# Correct way to print report in tryton

Hi,

I’m installing trytond on python3.6 (before I use 3.4) and follow the steps and requirements described on [How to install Tryton — Tryton server](http://docs.tryton.org/projects/server/en/latest/topics/install.html)

All works fine at the moment, except when I try to print a report I receive this message:

I’m not sure if I have to install an additional requirement to it.

Exit code 77 is normaly for permission denied. So it seems the trytond user does not have the permission to execute `soffice` which is required if you want format transformation.

Thanks for the help, it works! Change /tmp/ dir permission works.
