# Client Relations Management (CRM)

Hello, Trytonites,
Apologies - my search didn’t come up with much about CRMs. I am hoping to create a CRM for my Real Estate business, and also for my Music business.
CRM stands for Client Relations Management.
The main advertising page for Tryton (Home Page) shows CRM as a feature, but I’m having trouble finding out more. Can someone show me how to get started with that?
Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Well CRM is kind of undetermined beast. Tryton has some tools that you can link to CRM:
- Contact book with the [party module](http://docs.tryton.org/projects/modules-party/en/latest/)
- Relation between parties with the [party\_relationship module](http://docs.tryton.org/projects/modules-party-relationship/en/latest/)
- Leads and opportunities with the [sale\_opportunity module](http://docs.tryton.org/projects/modules-sale-opportunity/en/latest/)
- Customer complaint with the [sale\_complaint module](http://docs.tryton.org/projects/modules-sale-complaint/en/latest/)
- Notification with the [notification module](http://docs.tryton.org/projects/modules-notification-email/en/latest/)
Of course it covers only a subset of all the features that could be under CRM.

The new modules are adding important features.
Indeed some more crm functionalities might good, such as scheduling to contact a client.
The Tryton community is often expanding the feature set available, as you can see from ced’s reply, many new modules regarding CRM will be published soon. You can suggest what features are missing for your use case.
