# Call for board directors canditates 2017

The mandate of the current board directors end the 20th November 2017.
The process to renew the board is done with co-opting by the previous board for a mandate of 5 years. A candidate must be co-opted by the previous board with a majority of ⅔. A previous director can apply to renew his mandate.

The candidate must register on this [here](https://discuss.tryton.org/t/call-for-board-member-canditate/388/2) and must provide those information:
- full name
- birth place
- birthday
- home address
- a copy of the ID card or passport will need to be sent to [foundation@tryton.org](mailto:foundation@tryton.org)
The schedule is:
- open candidature the 1st July 2017
- close candidature the 30th September 2017
- analyze candidature by the former board
- co-opting 26th October 2017
- announce new board before the 20th November 2017
