Add CSV import/export to sao

Description:

Tryton has generic methods to import and export CSV file but sao (the web client) is missing the graphical user interface to support it. So the idea is to develop the same view as the GTK client.

Alternatives: Papa Parse License: MIT Bower: I favor this alternative as it is heavily used by other projects like Wikipedia, and allows streaming large files, can use service workers.
